This film was well crafted and shot by director David Leitch (actor, stuntman, stunt coordinator, writer and director), based on the graphic novel series 'The Coldest City,' (written by Antony Johnston). The main character finely acted by Charlize Theron (Promethius, 2012; Mad Max: Fury Road, 2015; Kubo and the Two Strings - voice, 2016; The Fate of the Furious, 2017; Tully, 2018) and one of the producers of the film. Fine performances by supporting roles, from James McAvoy (X-Men: Apocalypse & Split, 2016), and Sofia Boutella (Kingsmen: The Secret Service, 2014; Star Trek: Beyond, 2016; The Mummy, 2017). This felt like a good combination of any spy film previously seen, such as Salt (2010) or the Jason Bourne series (2004 - 2016). Good action sequences that felt integral to the character and espionage lifestyle of the Cold War in Berlin, Germany. The fight scenes were well done and felt organic, with the long shots and continuous action sequences with Charlize Theron doing much of the stunt work herself. There is some worthwhile bonus material on the DVD, as they have interviews by various members of the team, along with the director, and the main actresses and actors.
