I really enjoyed, "Her Fearful Symmetry". A mysterious story with enjoyable characters. I could identify with certain aspects of the twins' characters. The longing for freedom and independence from a strong sibling; to Julia's wanting to keep her twin sister with her. It is comfort knowing that someone is always there. Martin's character is lovable as the OCD neighbor. The characters each had struggles with their own characters and had to make difficult choices. Some emerged happy and unscathed while for others things didn't turn out quite so well. Also, of great interest to me, was Highgate Cemetery. I enjoyed reading about all the famous people and authors who are buried there as well as the fact that the cemetery was started during the Victorian era. This book has encouraged me to read, "Consuming Passions, Leisure and Pleasure in Victorian Britain", by Judith Flanders. I highly recommend Her Fearful Symmetry.
