I really appreciated this book. Beautiful artwork and an on-point message.

I picked it up because I was curious about the meaning behind the title and how this book would portray people and their pronouns; it can be a tricky topic. I think Maya did an incredible job and the best part is the last few pages.

Maya explains pronouns, their usage, how to play with and free them, and how to claim and create them - in kid speak and for "grown-ups".

I highly recommend for everyone. We all need to learn how to be more inclusive and pronoun usage is an excellent place to start.
