Rule One: Nothing is right, nothing is wrong. Kit looks like your average seventeen-year-old high school student, but she has a secret: she's London's notorious "Perfect Killer." She chooses who to murder based on letters left in a secret mailbox, and she's good--no, perfect--at what she does. Her moral nihilism--the fact that she doesn't believe in right and wrong--makes being a serial killer a whole lot easier . . . until she breaks her own rules by befriending someone she's supposed to murder as well as the detective in charge of the Perfect Killer case.

Kit is a normal seventeen year old girl, except for the fact that she is a serial killer. People send her letters with kill requests, and she murders them without a trace. She goes about her business year after year, until one requests changes her life.

I liked the book even though I found it disturbing. Written by a 17 year old the narrative is from a teen serial killer whose mantra is "nothing is right , nothing is wrong". True relativism at it's scariest. If this is how the teen-aged brain works today (both author and fictional character) how shocking and surprising can the next school massacre really be.

Entrancing, macabre, thrilling. I couldn't put it down throughout the hours. I identified with Kit, who I believed represented the "dark side" of an average human being. I urged her relationship with Alex, and the end was heart wrenching, leaving your mind spinning and muddled, thinking, "What just happened?" and wishing for a sequel. Overall, an outstanding, must read.

I thought it was an amazing book. Gives the reader a total diffrent perspective on evil. But i dont like the ending i feel like it was just cut off. Other than that a great book

Violence: You must keep in mind that our main character is a sponsored serial killer. I had the nagging urge to count, so here you go: Kit murders a total of thirteen innocents within the span of the novel.
