If you are still eating carbs and your normal routine for potatoes is getting old, take home this little book and be wowed by over 70 different ways to prepare potatoes. Iyer, the same genius who wrote 660 Curries) does an excellent job of showcasing potato recipes from all over the world, and utilizing nearly every type of potato known to humankind.

This book is a little light on photos but the recipes are workable and well structured.
