The mood cure was a life changing book for me. This one was also very helpful, but Mood Cure is a must read if you haven't read that one yet.

The idea that supplements can kill your various cravings is ludicrous. It was refreshing that the author did not advocate a low calorie diet, or dieting in general, but that's about the only positive of the book.

This book is logical, straightforward, and convincing, useful for not only those struggling with weight issues, but also addictions. I highly recommend it.
