I think that this book is excellent for beginners. However, for novices, this is a poor guide. Basically, the author promotes the use of expensive Microsoft programs that are all part of the Microsoft ecosystem. The book would be significantly more helpful if it instructed users on how to replace Microsoft programs. For example, replacing Windows Mail with the Mozilla Thunderbird email management program or equivalent. Also, replacing the Microsoft Edge web browser with Firefox or equivalent. I would rate "Windows 10 For Seniors For Dummies" at only 1.0 star for novices.
