Made the cashew shortbread, and was extremely disappointed. The dough was actually batter that required an additional 1/3 cup flour to hold together, and even then the cut-out cookies fell apart before they could be placed on the baking tray. For gluten-free baked goods, Bunner's cookbook gives a much better product.

I've really liked all of Ms Katzinger's previous books & this is no exception. The recipes are simple, easy & they travel well. Can't wait to try them.
