The first Rampage movie was a pretty good movie, but in this one, Bill (the lead character) is saying one thing, and doing something else. He's saying kill the rich, but yet he's killing everyday random people on the street. This huge disparity just made the movie a farce to watch. I mean he was actually sitting on the street in a lawn chair shooting random pedestrians. If Bill had just been written as a psychopathic anarchist, then that kind of stuff would fit right in, but Bill talks constantly throughout the whole film about killing the rich and exploitative people. If this film had a much better writer/director, it would have been monumentally better. The actor who plays Bill is definitely talented enough to make a great movie, but he was betrayed by a halfwit writer/director who couldn't produce a coherent story.
