Easy to read, but not what I was expecting. Yes it does speak of Bob Dylan at length, but more this book is about the meglomaniacal author Victor Maymudes. Never knew who he was but to hear this story through the eyes of his son Jacob you get the impression that Victor was the mover and creator of everything although he mekly denies it. What a name dropper is Victor.

This is more a book about the Maymudes than about Dylan. From the transcript of his tapes, Victor seems like an OK person, but not his son. Some insights into Dylan, but nothing earthshattering.
