This is an insightful book. The authors have taken an empowering approach for the loved ones and survivors with Irritable Bowel Disease. I liked the page layout with interesting facts in the margins. Each of the recipe sections [breakfast, snacks etc] opens with practical tips for the manager of IBD. The recipes are accessible, with the advantages of ingredient listed in the margins.
