This is a biography so obviously it is not going to help anyone play minecraft or be anywhere near as exciting as the game. It is written in an informal style and not a difficult read so I'd say the intended audience is probably interested parents/adults or mature kids. Some nostalgia for adult gamers and basic philosophical considerations for coders, but nothing technical.

An interesting and well written book, but more directed at gamers and coders, not so much the general public unless one is a Minecraft fan. Not exactly an enthralling read, but mildly interesting.
