This cookbook was so awful. Not only were some of the recipes bad, but it was because they had weird amounts that interfered with the chemistry of cooking, listings ingredients that were not in the instructions (or vice-versa) or just boiling the heck out of a food until it was beyond edible. It was a waste of my time, and many costly ingredients.

very ordinary recipes, nothing that is like "omg I needed a cookbook for that".

Made the Pork Loin P B & J and the Chicken with Mushroom Sauce and they were beyond delicious. (And both really easy to make.) When I follow recipes, I am not always pleased with how the food tastes the first time around and have to tweak it for the second time. If you're like me you will not have that problem with this cookbook.

A great family cookbook for anyone trying to follow a grain, gluten, legume and dairy free (AKA Paleo) way of life. The recipes as fairly easy and use ingredients that are easy to find/most people have on hand. Great appetizers through desserts. Quite a nice cookbook to look at as well. Highly recommend.
