An unrealistic portrayal of alcoholism allows illusionery subplots,.. and generates confusion.

This was a very awkward movie. It seemed like a plausible plot at the start, but fell inchorently apart quickly. By the end, you or the screenwriter (apparently), don't know what is real and what is not. I did, however, like some of the musical score.
