I could hardly listen at points. I don't know why I finished it.

I was not a fan of this! There is so much emotional cheating from Etienne! He even says that he likes Anna when he's drunk yet Anna still isn't sure he likes him? Like if he says so, how are you not sure?
Plus, basically any other girl who liked Etienne, Anna would just hate on. Also the fact that Meredith's whole personality was crushing on Etienne.
Since that was basically the whole book and plot I could not like this book :(

Enjoyable and fun teen romance about Anna who is sent to boarding school in France. She learns more than just the language, but about herself, true friendship, and first love.

I did like this book, and it was hard to put down. That said, misunderstandings propelled much of the plot, and the characters didn't feel as human as I would have liked.

I'm not usually a fan of romance, but I really enjoyed this audio book. There was more to the story than just romance and missed opportunities for the romance to grow. I found myself laughing out loud as I listened. Kim Mai Guest did a great job as reader.
