What I enjoyed about writing this book was finding examples and evidence. It wasn't enough to say a simple YUCK about unhealthy fake food. I described the health effects of bad food, and suggested good alternatives that are tasty. The book is meant to be a good introduction to the works of Michael Pollan, J.B. Mackinnon, and others writing about eating real food. Look in the bibliography for other books to read!
