Add a CommentReally bad comedy. Lots of making faces for the camera. Skip it.
This trite little effort represents all that is awful about American gay movies. It lacks any logic or reason for being. When you see the movies coming out of Spain and France and Argentina and you experience that level of sophistication, then this type of low-budget indie just doesn't make the grade. These movies dominated the scene when the American Community was more naive. AIDS forced us to grow-up. As a grown-up Community, isn't it time we had some grown-up movies? Didn't Queer As Folk demonstrate how many issues can be tackled from the gay perspective? As Sondheim says, "Move on..."
