Add a CommentLove this book and it's companion ("Can It, etc.")! The recipes are soooo easy to follow you'll be making your own Kim Chee in no time! See that orange jar on the cover? Carrot jam. That's right! Maybe now you can get the kids to eat their "veggies."
A lovely book with many fun ideas. Want to make your own butter? Shake along! Beef jerky, marshmallows, flavoured brandy - you name it. Much more than just the jam and pickles I was expecting. The book is also nice to look at and would be a perfect gift for a foodie.
