This is a 1950 American musical film directed by Richard Thorpe.
There isn't much in the story, but many songs and dances seamlessly and naturally flow into the film by Astaire and Vera-Ellen.
Among those songs and dances is this "Thinking of You" number, in which Astaire and Vera-Ellen start quietly and romantically in a lounge area, and they gradually become progressively more extrovert until the music changes into a rumba.
Astaire embarks on a further exploration, blending Latin and ballroom dance styles, which he had first been inspired to undertake during his celebrated partnership with Rita Hayworth.
After this departure, the dance subsides into a tender coda, recalling its opening mood.
It is such an engaging dance that you would love to watch it over and over again.
