This gets too into the mind control/telepathy murkiness for my liking. There was no hint of it in the first Foundation book, so it's a bit frustrating to suddenly have this be the driver for the rest of the series. I did like Golan Trevize as a character though. He operated on his own motives, not necessarily on those of either Foundation.
