Amanda, a divorced photographer, finds herself in a fantastic Alice-in-Wonderland experience when her daily, uninspired life literally begins to unravel. Guided by leading scientists and mystics, she finds that if reality itself is not questionable, her notion of it certainly is. Plunge into a world where quantum uncertainity is demonstrated - where Amanda's neurological processes, and perceptual shifts are engaged and lived - where everything is alive, and reality is changed by every thought.

Produced in 2004, this American docudrama follows a photographer as she encounters emotional and existential obstacles in her life.
The film combines documentary-style interviews, computer-animated graphics, and a narrative that posits a spiritual connection between quantum physics and consciousness.
While most of the interviewees have legitimate academic credentials, there are a few exotic characters in the mix.
One of the film's most articulate and persuasive speakers is finally identified in the end credits as Ramtha, a 35,000-year-old mystic, philosopher, master teacher and hierophant who channels his voice through the body of an American woman named J Z Knight.
This seems ridiculous to me.
In any case, the film appears interesting and thought-provoking.

Pseudo-scientific nonsense. Don't waste your time.

I love it when you get a group of predominately male scientist, physicist, and a few spiritual beings to speak on the concepts provided in the movie. Then to have the women talking make the most sense. I acknowledge my potential biases as a woman.

First, I should probably watch the movie again to be sure I understood the message. Secondly, what they are saying is profound and puts such a unique perspective on my current life that I had to check the date to know when it was released. Talk about a time warp. Lastly, I intend on sharing this with my tween to see how the message is conveyed to her and her understanding. We are in the same world but we are on different planes. As all parent to child relationships seem to be. I would like to create a better harmony between us both by being at the same place of understanding and growth.

Send positive thoughts in our favor into the universe to join with mine and manifest some beautiful stuff. Fun, funny, thought provoking.

This movie is a must see for people suffering from mental health related illnesses and it is a good DVD movie. My class at VCC really enjoyed watching it.

A stretched mind does not go back to it's original shape. This is a great movie if you are an open minded person and willing to learn.

The concepts introduced in the film are extraordinary...and to be honest, I wasn't a big fan of the storyline. However, the PhDs in the film who are hailing from top rated institutions in the country -- Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, etc. -- are definitely worth a listen.

This is pseudoscience at its worst, a hodgepodge of New Age claptrap designed to sound like quantum physics. I despise this kind of movie because it distorts facts to meet its own spurious spiritual agenda. You'd be better off conducting a séance with your friends around a dimly lit dining table; It's about as likely to lead you to truth as this miserable film, and would be a heck of a lot more social.

Chock full of pseudo-science. This is a huge miss. Mind-boggling why people gobble up this crap.

This is by far a must see movie for everyone. My daughter and have watched it at least 10 times. The most cutting edge movie that explains the depths of the Universe with amazing science to back it up!

An open mind is required to understand the notions being presented in this video. Some of today's greatest minds explore the basis of your minds ability to influence your reality. Taking every statement literally as a fact would be akin to joining a cult, but if you have a spiritual side that needs help reconciling itself with known science this is well worth the time spent watching more than once..
