What a great book. A news reporter who is kidnapped and the life she leads after she is found. Never a dull moment in her life. Will keep you reading all night. Enjoy!

I'll admit upfront that I enjoyed this tale. You decide early on where this is going, how it'll end. But its such a good tale you don't care. You know the good guy is not good. You know the bad boy is going to come through. The…

I love Tami Hoag. I’ve read a few of her books. But this is so far as to be my most favourite. I got really attached to the characters in this one.

I am glad that I borrowed this book from the library instead of purchasing it. I could not finish the book. The characters were shallow & trite, and the writing was poor (way too many trivial "like" similes).

Excellent read. I guessed the real killer quickly but there was enough intrigue & red herrings to make me question my decision at several points during the story. The characters become very real & complex. Well, well worth the read!

no shortage of drama in this book. It was a quite a bit far fetched but I still had difficulty putting it down. I liked it.

Dark, fast paced, complex characters. A bit predictable but still a good read.

I normally don't read mystery fiction, however, I needed something to read and Tami Hoag's name was familiar. I really liked this book, at least it kept me engrossed and coming back for more - to finish it to see "who done it"! Good…

Dana Nolan has survived a terrible ordeal and is working her way back to "normal". She becomes involved in what actually happened when her best friend disappeared. Is she prepared for the answers? I know I was not. A page turner as…

Tami Hoag usually holds my interest, but this one was very boring and long on words

Another great book by Tami Hoag. I've read every one of her books and she never disappoints.

It was a good book. Not up to the standard of the author.

Tami Hoag's novels are always worth the wait. She always has an excellent plot, characters to root for and admire. This was no exception. I figured the murderer out to be one of two people, but I still loved the book. I always wish for…

Pretty good read but some problems for me. I had trouble with a TBI survivor challenged so much by every day tasks driving a car. Next, Dana solves the mystery of her missing friend so quickly while the police didn't solve it for 7 years.…

I found this book slow and predictable. In my opinion, a disappointment from her.

good read, as usual from Hoag, but I knew who the murderer was before I was halfway through. Didn't lessen the book though

I have enjoyed all of Tami's books, and this one was well worth the wait. It's one of the best whodunits I've ever read in my 55 years of literacy. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys quality writing, character…
